Joseph Varghese serves as the esteemed President of the Elenjikal Group of Companies and the Managing Director of TCM Ltd, a prominent chemical manufacturing enterprise in India with a rich history spanning over 80 years. TCM stands as one of the oldest companies listed on India’s premier stock exchanges, with expansive operations across numerous locations in India and abroad. The company’s prestigious lineage traces back to its founding by Nobel Laureate and renowned scientist, Dr. Sir C V Raman.In his recent endeavors, Varghese has turned his focus to emerging and rapidly growing industries, including Renewable Energy (particularly Solar), Healthcare, and Educational Technology. Under his skillful leadership and guidance, iSpark Learning Solutions is poised to emerge as a leader in skills-focussed STEM education and preparing the students globally for this digital and AI era.
Mohanamurthy Pagadala
Co-founder, CEO & MD
P. H. Mohanamurthy is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in STEM education and has led initiatives at BHEL, HCL, SIMTECH, and NTU Singapore. Specializing in Robotics, Automation, and R&D, he founded the first Robotics Welding Lab at SIMTECH in 1997. Since 2000, he has focused on enhancing skills-based education, fostering holistic student development to navigate the digital age. Inspired by Dr. Abdul Kalam, Mohanamurthy has been involved in tele-education since 2010, working towards a National Knowledge Grid for accessible education.He co-founded edtech startups in India and Singapore, launching the Skills-To-Home (S2H) initiative and creating an OTT platform for skill development aligned with NEP2020. His vision is to make 21st-century education accessible worldwide, adapting to the evolving tech landscape.

Naveen Kumar S is an Education Program Manager at iSpark Learning Solutions Pvt. Ltd., where he leads and oversees STEM initiatives for the DMI Group of Schools and other prominent institutions in Chennai. Naveen is a BCA Graduate with a strong foundation in creative media and a specialization in Film Editing from Loyola College, Chennai. He began his career as a Video Editor in the Tamil film and television industry. At iSpark, he has played a key role in guiding and mentoring STEM facilitators, ensuring that students benefit from hands-on, experiential learning that equips them with future-ready skills. His unique blend of creativity, technology, and leadership continues to drive impactful education programs that inspire young minds.
Mugilavan M
Program Manager - Equitas group of schools and Al ameen school
Mugilavan M is an Education Program Manager at iSpark, driving STEM innovation through curriculum design, senior application developer, technology integration, and lab implementation. He has created project-based coding modules for Grades 1–12 using Scratch, PictoBlox with AI, HTML/CSS, and Python, aligning with CBSE/National Education Policy priorities. He strengthens digital learning platforms via QA/UAT, bug tracking, and testing with Flutter + Firebase, and has led multiple COE lab rollouts coordinating vendors, procurement, and IT teams. Previously, as a Selenium Automation Tester at Levantare Technology Pvt Ltd, he worked on Agile/Scrum projects using Selenium, Java, Cucumber, Maven, TestNG, JUnit, Git, and Jenkins. Leveraging his experience in quality control at Daimler India and machinery operation at Tube Investments, he designs innovative learning solutions that bridge theory and practice. Starting as a STEM Facilitator, he focused on igniting curiosity and critical thinking. Now, he develops cutting-edge educational tools and programs to inspire the next generation of innovators.
